Ø      Claims handling: We will submit your claim to the carrier on the same day we receive it. We will also follow-up regularly until it has been resolved.

 

Ø      Binders: All binders will be sent the same business day.

 

Ø      Certificates of Insurance: You can request certificates 24/7 from our website, e-mail us, or call the office. All requests will be handled the same business day.

 

Ø      Periodic coverage reviews: We will be available to meet with you and review your coverage at regular intervals. This will help us keep you adequately covered as your business grows.

 

Ø      Policy changes: You can request changes through your web portal, e-mail, or phone. We will process all changes within two days.

 

Ø      Renewal Review: Your account executive will be available to meet with you at least two month prior to your policy renewal.

 

Ø      Phone Calls: All phone calls will be returned the same business day as received.
